If you’re ready to evolve your life and career, I’d love to help.

I make executives better for when it matters most. Like Batman’s utility-belt, my clients always have what they need to defeat villains threatening their success.  In fact, I spent 30 years doing just that for high performers at Kraft Foods and The Coca-Cola Company.

Why do Fortune 500 companies entrust their high performers with me? Because I’ve been where they are.  It’s likely where you are now. I climbed the corporate ladder. Relocated 8 times for challenging assignments to prepare for the dream job — SVP of Sales for a Fortune 500 company.  Inducted into Coca-Cola’s President’s Club in 2007. Surpassing expectations year after year — delivering business results and developing my direct reports. Finally, in 2010 I reached the top of the leaderboard. Instead of receiving accolades for another year of unprecedented performance, my job was eliminated.

Echoing through my brain was the syncopated voice of Phife-Dawg of ’90’s hip-hop group, A Tribe Called Quest: “You‘d be a fool to say that I’m not the man, ’Cause you know…and I know…that you know who I am.”

Still, me and my unprecedented performance were on the outside looking in. That is until the company designed a role with me in mind. My new charge was to develop executives in a third of the US. Not only did I love it, I was good at it. So good in fact, my responsibilities expanded to the entire US, Canada, Mexico and London.

My passion for coaching has only flourished since then. I’ve authored two books, hosted podcasts, radio shows and trained high potential executives around the world. Studied with the World Coach Institute and earned membership with the International Coach Federation.

Now I pose two life-changing questions to you:

  1. How satisfied are you with the impact you’re currently having?
  2. How would you chart steps that lead to you becoming the greatest in the world?

Top business executives, musicians and athletes have professional coaches; why not you?  The best in their field recognize the sacrifice and time required to master their craft.  As hard as greatness is to achieve it’s near impossible to sustain without a trained outside perspective lighting your path.

How much confidence can you have that your efforts lead to success? Why go it alone when you don’t have to?

Coaching is a thought-provoking and creative partnership that inspires clients to maximize their personal and professional potential, often unlocking previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership.

As an ICF coach, I submit to a code of ethics that makes everything we discuss confidential. In company-sponsored relationships, your manager will provide insight into your performance against their goals and aspirations for you. Still, they won’t have privilege into our conversations. They’ll be relegated to watching from afar as your results go through the roof.

If good enough is no longer good enough, I’d be honored to help you along your journey.

Let’s get started!
